Speaker Spotlight: Rocky Mountain Bride

ABOUT THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN BRIDE TEAM

Hilary Angel, Rocky Mountain Bride - Director of Sales

Championing creative people has been Hilary's passion and purpose for over a decade. Earning her liberal arts degree at the start of the recession, her sense of wanderlust led her from Ohio to New Mexico where she started her career as a high school recruiter for The Art Institute of Colorado. Her travels and interactions with artists of all ages opened her eyes to both the vibrant cultures and vast beauty of the Rockies, and the array of creatives inspired by living here. Motivated to leave the corporate grind behind, Hilary followed her entrepreneurial spirit and joined the Rocky Mountain Bride Family in February 2016. As Director of Sales, Hilary's candid advice and listening ear help RMB's advertising partners get the most out of their marketing and reach their ideal clients. As a cheerleader for the industry's best and brightest, her goal remains constant--to thoughtfully curate a wedding resource for modern couples who seek authentic connections and experiences.

Laura Osborn - Online Strategy Manager

Laura, a former millennial insurance marketing professional, received her degree in Public Relations and Communications from a small liberal arts school in Iowa. After sitting in a cubicle for 5 years, she knew she was destined for more. More creativity. More engagement with those around her. And, most of all, more passion for what she was doing.

Laura believes strongly in the connections that can be formed from social media. It’s from those connections she got introduced into the wedding world. As the Online Strategy Manager, Laura works closely with Rocky Mountain Bride’s Social Media Director to establish a creative and purposeful strategy for growth, presence and more. As the internet continues to pull rank, Laura believes that sharing your story online is vital. Her personal experience as a small influencer in her community has allowed her to gain a unique insight into crafting successful social media strategies, as well as forming, managing and maximizing partner relationships.

After graduation Chelsea headed south where her Mile High endeavors eventually led her to Rocky Mountain Bride in 2016. From creative writing and conscious editing to editorial management, her complex role as an editor has taught her the importance of a strong attention to detail, a refined vision and devotion to the ever changing craft.
